ACCREDITATION CERTIFICATE

The AEP transducers, Metrological Laboratory, equipped as a calibration centre, became part of the SIT “Servizio di Taratura in Italia” in 1996, issuing over 30.000 calibration certificates recognised in all countries participating in the multilateral agreement of the European co-operation for Accreditation (EA) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC).
Since 2010 it continues its activity as 00120 Calibration Laboratory 00120 accredited by ACCREDIA.
The accreditation was granted by evaluating the internal organization of the Laboratory, the technical competence of the staff and the results obtained from experimental comparisons (AUDIT) with national samples of the National Institute of Metrological Research I.N.RI.M. and other international institutes.
In order to achieve this prestigious objective, the Company has set up an organizational structure within the Centre in compliance with UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 and ACCREDIA requirements.
Calibrations are performed according to accredited procedures, carried out according to international recommendations using primary and secondary samples for the generation of physical quantities.

Moreover, thanks to the know-how gained over the years, today the technical staff carries out other tasks, such as, for example:
  • INSTRUCING TECHNICAL OPERATORS who will have to carry out the measurements by making the necessary corrections indicated on the calibration certificates.
  • Manage and control the instrumentation used in the production sectors of AEP transducers, ensuring the traceability of the measurements.
  • Perform CALIBRATION REPORTS according to internal procedures ensuring the traceability of the measurements.
In addition to the accredited activities, the technical staff of the Laboratory collaborates with the staff of the National Institute of Metrological Research regarding metrology applied to transfer samples, national and international comparisons and the development of technical product standards.
