Thanks to the experience gained in MECHANICAL, HARDWARE, FIRMWARE and SOFTWARE design, today the company is also able to provide the highest technological innovation on instrumentation applied to sensors.

OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS

To maintain an increasingly strong and competitive presence, including in international markets, the company has devoted a significant share of its investments in recent years to the progressive automation of its various production processes — particularly to everything that can further enhance the quality-to-price ratio of its products.

Control of raw materials, with mettallographic analysis of the steels used and hardness controls during the production cycle.
Internal heat treatments performed with high vacuum furnaces of the latest generation to obtain the best metrological characteristics of each sensor.
Every day our technicians apply strain gauges to our sensors.
Strain gauges made to our technical specifications to maximize the metrological performance of the sensors.
Hermetic closure of the sensors by means of continuous and pulsed LASER robotic welding systems, to guarantee high stability over time.
Identification of the sensor with serial numbering and bar code marked with LASER to ensure the traceability in all processing phases.

All sensors are individually calibrated with samples with ACCREDIA certificates and 150% or 200% overloaded several times to verify mechanical and electrical reliability.

All sensors are temperature compensated by automatic climatic chambers.
All electronic circuits in SMD technology are assembled internally on the latest generation of automatic machines and tested individually.

All sensor parameters during the production process are stored in our databases to ensure full traceability of all information, even after 20 years.
